Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. The shoe box is part of the product and we cannot refund if it is damaged or has labels on it. The shoe box must be complete and free of labels.
All returned items must be in perfect, saleable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is saleable. We cannot refund if an item is unsaleable. To be considered saleable, an item must meet the following criteria:
- Tags have not been removed
- Items don't smell of smoke, perfume or aftershave.
- Have not been washed
- Unmarked, not soiled or damaged in any way.
- Shoe soles are unmarked
- Shoes not worn outside
- Shoe boxes are unmarked and not written on.
Re-package and return at your Post Office via Royal Mail to :Working Class Heroes,

Please allow 10 (ten) business days to process your return (we aim for 2 days)
Monday to Friday
(9 am to 5 pm) are considered "business days".
Once your return is processed, please allow up to 5 (five) business days for the money to appear in your bank account ( this is the bank's policy, not ours)
Make a note of your tracking number as we are unable to provide you with one for the return.
Extended Returns during the Festive Season
For any purchases made between 01st November and 24th December, Returns will be accepted until 31st January.
So, if you bought a gift and effed up the sizing or seriously misjudged your S.O's taste ... don't panic, we've got you covered.
That equates to more time eating turkey and swilling booze, too. For the win!

- Print off a free returns label here. Please ensure you have selected the correct returns address. Customers are responsible for goods until we receive them back. We cannot be held responsible for goods sent to the incorrect address.

- Items must be received back to us within 45 days of purchase, this includes postage time. Please allow 5 working days for items to get back to us. We aim to process returns within 10 working days of them arriving.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund complete.
- It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for any returned items.
