• Refunds available within 45 days of purchase.
• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Items must be returned in perfect, saleable condition.
Extended returns

Christmas & gifting

Any purchases made in November or December can be returned up until 31st January 2026.

Sending your order back

• Download and complete our Returns Form (PDF).
• Repackage your item securely.
• Return via Royal Mail at your local Post Office.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Make a note of your tracking number — we are unable to provide one.

Do not use the shoebox as a shipping box. The shoebox is part of the product, and we cannot issue a refund if it is damaged or has labels attached.
Item condition

Saleable condition checklist

• Tags have not been removed.
• No odours (smoke, perfume, aftershave).
• Not washed or marked.
• No signs of wear or damage.
• Shoe soles unmarked & unworn outside.
• Shoebox intact and label-free.
If an item is deemed unsaleable, we cannot issue a refund.
Processing & refunds

How long will my refund take?

• Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return (we aim for 2 days).
• Business days are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
• Once processed, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
