    • What are the delivery charges for the UK?

    Our standard delivery to UK Mainland is £2.95 and free on orders over £99. Sometimes a signature will be required on delivery. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a Royal Mail calling card should be left to inform the recipient how they can collect the parcel.

    Please be patient with deliveries from Royal Mail as they are currently experiencing large volumes of parcels across the UK but with fewer staff than usual due to Coronavirus. Be sure to give them a thumbs up and say thank you.

    PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 3:00pm. Orders placed for next working day delivery on a Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to the Highands and Islands and BFPO addresses.

    We only ship within the UK and don't offer an international shipping option.

    Delivery

    Premium Next Day Delivery- A tracked shipping service via DPD or DHL. This service gives you updates via text and emails every step of the way until delivery.

    - Orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped the same working day. (A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays)

    - Spend over £150 and get this premium option for free.

    - Aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days.

    - This service costs £15.00 per order.

    - This is a tracked shipping service via DPD or DHL. This service gives you updates via text and emails every step of the way until delivery.

    We ship from multiple warehouses

    This means that if you order multiple items, they may come packed in separate packages. Don't worry, all your order is on its way.


    Exceptions;

    1. We do not ship to 3rd party shipping centres. Orders for these addresses will be cancelled.

    2. Some areas will take longer than the advertised services due to the distance including the Highlands, remote islands and BFPO addresses.
