What are the delivery charges for the UK?
Our standard delivery to UK Mainland is £3.95 and free on orders over £115. Sometimes a signature will be required on delivery. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a Royal Mail calling card should be left to inform the recipient how they can collect the parcel.
Please be patient with deliveries from Royal Mail as they are currently experiencing large volumes of parcels across the UK but with fewer staff than usual due to Coronavirus. Be sure to give them a thumbs up and say thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 3:00pm. Orders placed for next working day delivery on a Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to the Highands and Islands and BFPO addresses.
Extended Returns
Shop early with confidence - any purchases made in November or December can be returned up until 31st January 2026.

- Order by 3 pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after 3 pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- Split Deliveries: We ship from multiple warehouses, so your order may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — it’s all on the way.
- UK Only: We currently only deliver within the UK and do not offer international shipping.
- Delivery Options:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked - Aims to deliver your order in 2-3 working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. You’ll get a tracking number to know when your parcel reaches your delivery point, but there’s no live tracking on the parcel’s journey.
- Premium Next Day Tracked- A tracked shipping service via DPD or DHL. This service gives you updates via text and emails every step of the way until delivery.
- Premium Sunday Delivery- Not home in the week? Get your order delivered on a Saturday.
- Premium Saturday Delivery -Not home in the week? Get your order delivered on a Sunday.
- Collection Options: As well as home delivery, we offer two collection services.
- Click & Collect – Free pickup from our Ulverston store.
- DPD Ship to Shop – £3.95 per order to collect from a local DPD Pickup Point.
