I have placed and order with you, when will it be shipped?

Shortly after you placed your order, we will have sent you an order confirmation email, to the email address that you placed the order with.

If your order was placed before 2pm*, dispatch of your parcel will be before the close of play on the same day. If you ordered after 2pm, or over the weekend**, we will dispatch your parcel on the next business day.

You will receive an e-receipt once your item(s) is processed through our till and sent for delivery.

*3pm, if you have chosen a DPD shipping option.
** DPD Saturday/Sunday delivery is only available if your order is placed before 3pm on Friday afternoon.

    Does my parcel have tracking information?

    Premium Next-Day Tracked - A tracked shipping service via DPD or DHL. This service gives you updates via text and emails every step of the way until delivery.

    3-5 Working Days Unsigned - Shipped via Royal Mails 2nd Class service. Uses a 2d Barcode for proof of delivery but does not include a tracking number. Please use our premium tracked service if you would like tracking information.

    If you require tracking information for your parcel, please contact us via email, and we will be able to provide that for you.

    My tracking information says a parcel has been delivered, but I don't have a missed delivery note. What can I do?

    If the tracking for your parcel shows your parcel has been delivered, but you haven't received anything, you should:

    • Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
    • Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
    • Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of the parcel.
    • Arrange a redelivery with the carrier through their website.
    I'm having some issues on your website/applying my Customer Rewards points, can you help?

    Our website/Customer Reward system are designed and tested on multiple browsers and devices, with the most current updated software. However, due to the huge variation in devices, we can unfortunately experience the occasional hiccup!

    If you are using a mobile or tablet device, we would suggest accessing our website via a laptop or desktop. If the issues persist, our tech team recommend trying an alternative web browser - Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox work best.

    If you are still experiencing problems, please send us screenshots of the issue, so we can pass this onto our tech support.

    Can I return my item?

    When will I get a refund?

    As soon as your parcel arrives back with us, and our warehouse staff have processed your return, you will be notified via an e-receipt, or an email. We aim to process returns within 10 working days of them arriving

    If you have paid via credit or debit card, please allow up to 3 business days for your bank to process the payment back into your account.

    Are your items in UK sizes?

    Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all of our items are in UK sizes.

    Most of our item pages have size charts at the bottom, in case you're ordering internationally. If this information isn't available, please get in touch via email, and we will be able to provide you with the sizes you require.

    I have a faulty item, what can I do?

    If you have an item that you consider to be faulty, please contact us via email, with some photographs of the fault. We will then be able to determine what the next course of action will be, and further consult with the brand.
