Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

45 Day Returns Policy

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange*.

We can refund or exchange any products that are:

  • Purchased within the last 45 days
  • Sellable

When returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a postage box. The shoe box makes up part of the product and if damaged, or written on we cannot refund or exchange. Shoe boxes must be complete and unmarked.

All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If an item is not sellable we cannot offer a refund or exchange. In order to as satisfy sellable, items must meet the following:

  • Tags have not been removed
  • Items don't smell of smoke, perfume, aftershave.
  • Have not been washed
  • Unmarked, not soiled or damaged in any way.
  • Shoe soles are unmarked
  • Shoes not worn outside
  • Shoe boxes are unmarked and not written on.

Extended Returns during the Festive Season

For any purchases made between 01st November and 24th December, Returns will be accepted until 31st January.

So, if you bought a gift and effed up the sizing or seriously misjudged your S.O's taste ... don't panic, we've got you covered.

That equates to more time eating turkey and swilling booze, too. For the win!

45 Day Returns

  1. You can download a returns form here. Please complete and include it in your return.
  2. Print off a free returns label here. Please ensure you have selected the correct returns address. Customers are responsible for goods until we receive them back. We cannot be held responsible for goods sent to the incorrect address.

  4. Items must be received back to us within 45 days of purchase, this includes postage time. Please allow 5 working days for items to get back to us. We aim to process returns within 7-10 working days of them arriving.
  5. You will receive an email notification once your refund / exchange is complete. If you request an exchange but we are unable to fulfil, we will issue a refund. Please check that the item that you wish to exchange for is in stock before sending the item back to avoid any disappointment
  6. It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for any returned items.

International Returns

  1. You will have received a returns form with your order. If you need another, download here. Please complete and include in your return

  3. Customers are fully responsible for the goods until we have received them back. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Ensure any customs labels are marked as "RETURNED GOODS". Working Class Heroes are not responsible for any customs charges.
  5. Items must be received back to us with 45 days of purchase, this includes postage time. Please allow 5 working days for items to get back to us. We aim to process returns within 7 - 10 working days of them arriving with us.
