Born in 2021, Purple Mountain Observatory draws inspiration from the urban landscape, with its DNA firmly rooted in a profound love for nature, encouraging the younger generation to explore the outdoors.
If you’ve been keeping up with the madness that is WCH, you may have seen that PMO’s SS24 collection launched on Friday 9th Feb. We’re aware that this is going out 3 weeks late but time is a made-up concept which we don’t adhere to. Just kidding, we’ve actually been busy chopping down trees!
It may be a little early for shorts, but the outerwear pieces from this drop really bridge the gap as we navigate through the Winter, with Spring in our sights. For one look, we opted for a seasonal colour update of the brand’s Globe Logo T Shirt, which was donned with the amazing Tokai Hooded Jacket in Orange. The Tokai Jacket is a relaxed and boxy fit which is made from a water-repellent cotton/nylon blend and is finished off with PMO branding on the chest.
For the second look, we picked the Core Logo Garment Dyed Hoody in Slate and the weapon of choice was the Fishtail Ripstop Hooded Jacket in Peach Teal Tie Dye. This jacket is made from a lightweight mini ripstop fabric that is super breathable and is finished off with a DWR (durable water-repellent) coating and contrast internal taped seams.
We love PMO’s ethos and feel our values align. Everyone needs to embrace the outdoors!
For those wondering, yes, we do have new colours of our very own WCH caps! (Shameless plug).
