Working Class Heroes is looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Supervisor to help lead our retail store in Ulverston.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves great customer service, has strong organisational skills, and enjoys working with premium menswear, streetwear, outdoor and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the store.
- Managing stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Processing deliveries and maintaining high store standards.
- Assisting with promotions, events and product launches.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong communication.
- Passion for fashion, outdoor products and independent retail.
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of a rota.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
