Saturday marked the release of a collaboration between our mates Puma, and seminal Japanese label Nanamica.

The capsule, which also includes some proper boxy striped tees, focuses on Nanamica’s dedication to stylish waterproofing with a GORE-TEX edit of Puma’s iconic Clyde silhouette.

The court sneaker is made from a blend of full-grain leather and suede, sitting on the protective membrane and a rubber outsole – coming in either black or white, simple as – with the tees injecting a little more colour with your choice of navy or teal.

Taking these beauties out for spin, we headed up to one of our favourite soggy locations. The ‘weird naked showering people’ or whatever its name is, in Grizedale Forest.

We can confirm that the Clyde is very waterproof. The tees are not. Who’s surprised?
