WCH Run Club takes place on the first Thursday of every month, the next being Thursday 1st May.
Meet at 6:15 pm at our store ( 40-44 Market street. Ulverston. LA12 7LS ) and set off at 6:30 pm.
After our initial run, we listened to feedback and have decided to organise ourselves a little better with the introduction of 2 speed groups.
The quicker group will run no quicker than 5:30/km (8:52/mile) and we will have a slower group running roughly between 7 and 8/km (between 11 and 13/mile).
We want this to be as inclusive as possible, to encourage any ability to join.
