The fifth installment of our ‘Artist Series’ – where we develop graphic tees in collaboration with local creatives – comes from Christ Dorning and Donna Flowers-Dorning: ‘Still Life’.
The duo behind Still Life have been working in the fashion/design and commercial art world for over 17 years, eventually landing on a fixed base in Ulverston, setting up their ‘art and home’ shop about 1 minute’s walk around the corner from our own store.
Alongside their store, they also host events such as Drawn & Quartered – where you can have a beer, pizza and widdle away sketching – and Life Drawing sessions, beginning in September.
The ‘Still Working’ tee from Dorning and Flowers features original graphic artwork on the back, alongside co-branding to the chest, printed on our basic organic silhouette.
The collaboration launched on Friday 11th August at 10am, available in-store and online.
