Working Class Heroes was set up in 2006 with a mission to sell select men's street wear from around the globe to the good people of Ulverston, Cumbria. We still hold this close to our hearts but now aim to reach slightly further a field with our website.

We are not a massive corporate site. We are not owned by a group of executive directors that have little contact with customers. We order stock, photograph it, pack it and then dispatch it. We are here to deal with your enquiries, feedback and provide you with a personal service ensuring that you get the products you want on time every time.

If you call the shop you will speak to Tom, Rob, Adam or Edd. Let us know what you think, because we care!

The North Face was born in a single store on Telegraph Avenue, in the small Northern California city of Berkeley, 1968.

Kenneth ‘Hap’ Klopp, acquired TNF shifting focus from retailing to wanting to produce a variety of products, designing and manufacturing the best outdoor gear under the TNF brand.

Hiring his friend, Jack Culburt from Stanford’s Business School, to run the factory and launching the wholesale business. The company has and still is changing and expanding from an independent retailer to its own label, a legendary one if that! becoming an outfitter of choice for expeditions worldwide.

The North Face California Heritage Pullover, is an introduction is to this inspirational history of the company and bringing the past generations forward and driving the future.

The California Heritage range, is selling to the masses of people who will never hit the challenging terrain, the same recipe that has always worked. Just with a slight tweak with a degree of fashion, giving an almost vintage/retro look to the range.

Heritage is on trend and has brought back the company generations for inspiration in to this new found range.
