Delivery Policy

UK Mainland:
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned below in Non Mainland.

Mainland postage cost under 1kg is £2.95. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail on First Class Recorded Delivery.
Orders over 1kg are sent via Royal mail Standard Parcel please allow 3-5 days. Prices are as follows.
1kg £3.85, 1.5kg £4.95, 2kg £5.68, 4kg £8.24, 6kg £9.35, 8kg £10.67, 10kg £11.45, 20kg £13.33

Non Mainland:
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.

For the above areas we use Parcel Force 48 and International Standard. Please allow up to 10days delivery.
0.5kg £5.95 and then plus 65p/kg

Refund and Returns

Due to the nature of e commerce once the product has been ordered we are unable to provide a cancellation service.

If you are unhappy with the product please return within 14 days of receipt and we will replace or refund. This excludes postage costs.

Complete skateboard set ups and BMX completes can not be returned. DVDS can only be returned if fully sealed.

Snapped and cracked skateboards occur when your feet are not in the correct position when landing a trick. For this reason we can not replace broken skateboards. If the skateboard it faulty please return it before it has been used.
