    What are the delivery charges for the UK?

    There is a free postage option available on all orders being delivered within the UK Mainland. We send orders via Royal Mail and a signature will be required on delivery of orders placed with the "Signed For" delivery option. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card should be left from the Royal Mail to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.
     
    PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 3:00pm. Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to the Highands and Islands and BFPO addresses.

    What are the delivery charges for Europe and Rest of the World?

    Delivery is via courier and will arrive within 1 - 7 business days (please note that you will need to sign for your parcel).

    All items are subject to availability. All of our stock levels are live, but obviously errors can occur in our warehousing stock control systems. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Products and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. Every effort will be made to dispatch the items specified.

    Back Orders

    If an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know we can't fulfill your order. We do not accept back or special orders to help us control our pricing.

    Methods of Payment

    We can only accept payment in pounds Sterling. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Solo. If you are paying by Maestro you will also need to include the card issue number or start date. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of input.

    Some products contain some zero rated goods and the consolidated VAT rate is then reduced accordingly. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to change in the rate of duty. The total cost of your order is the price of the products including delivery charges.

    All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

    In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Working Class Heroes you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

    Order Cancelations

    Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Working Class Heroes, for a full refund.

    Order cancelations must be made via email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to info@workingclassheroes.co.uk.

    If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

    Faulty Item

    If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

    What happens when I choose DPD Pickup?

    You’ll receive an email or text message with your Pickup Pass and details of your chosen Pickup shop, with the shop’s address and opening times.

    Please ensure you have your Pickup Pass and Photo ID (driving licence or passport) with you in order to pick up your parcel.

    If you aren’t able to take your Pickup Pass either printed or on your smartphone, you’ll need 2 forms of ID - your passport or driving licence and a utility bill.

    What is DPD Pickup?

    2,500 DPD Pickup shops in the UK, with a DPD Pickup point within 10 minutes' drive of 93% of the UK population and 5 minutes' walk within Central London.

    Your parcels will be delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop Next Day by 12 noon, so you can collect your parcels at your earliest convenience.

    You’ll be notified by email / SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and all you need to do to pick up your parcel is take your Pickup Pass and photo ID (driving licence or passport).

    Your order will stay in store for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you.

    Returns Policy

      Extended Returns during the Festive Season

    For any purchases made between 01st November and 31st December, Returns will be accepted until 31st January 2017.

    So, if you bought a gift and effed up the sizing or seriously misjudged your S.O's taste ... don't panic, we've got you covered.

    That equates to more time eating turkey and swilling booze, too. For the win!

    If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please use our free returns service. You can request a refund or exchange*.

    We can refund or exchange any products that are:

    • Purchased within the last 45 days
    • Sellable

     

    When retuning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a postage box. The shoe box makes up part of the product and if damaged, or written on we cannot refund or exchange. Shoe boxes must be complete and unmarked.

    All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If an item is not sellable we cannot offer a refund or exchange. In order to as satisfy sellable, items must meet the following:

    • Tags have not been removed
    • Items don't smell of smoke, perfume, aftershave.
    • Have not been washed
    • Unmarked, not soiled or damaged in any way.
    • Shoe soles are unmarked
    • Shoes not worn outside
    • Shoe boxes are unmarked and not written on.
