Working Class Heroes was set up in 2006 with a mission to sell select men's street wear from around the globe to the good people of Ulverston, Cumbria. We still hold this close to our hearts but now aim to reach slightly further a field with our website.

We are not a massive corporate site. We are not owned by a group of executive directors that have little contact with customers. We order stock, photograph it, pack it and dispatch it. We are here to deal with your enquiries, feedback and provide you with a personal service ensuring you get the products you want on time every time.

If you call the shop you will speak to Tom, Rob, Adam or Edd. Let us know what you think, because we care!

A cool selection of new Asics Onitsuka Tigers dropped to Working Class Heroes recently and they’re beauty’s. There are 4 new different Asics that have come in recently and these shoes do not fail to disapoint. Firstly there is the Asics Colorado running shoe bringing a groovy colour scheme of tan, ultra violet, neon orange and black and white. This mass of colours doesn’t look as cray cray as it sounds. This shoe is part suede which never fails to impress buyers. To finish it off there is the classic Asics stripes to the side in ultra violet.  This shoe has a very retro and classic running shoe look about it being  very similar to the other Asics Onitsuka Tiger shoes in the way that it is very well cushioned and padded.

Secondly is the the Asics Gel Lyte III which has a suede and mesh panelling, a very well padded tongue and a great all round comfort and fit. This trainer may heighten you an inch or two because of the rather large heel. So when people ask you about your new height, just say that you’ve grown over the summer holidays. The Gel Lyte is still based very much around the 1989 running shoe, but has had a few changes making it look slightly more modern. And when you thought it couldn’t get any better, they’ve put two great colours together; grey and blue.

The Asics Shaw is of course yet again a classic running shoe, but boy oh boy the tan on this shoe looks neat. This shoe looks a tiny bit like a walking boot that took up running. The Shaw has a Suede and mesh upper with a perforated toe area for a bit of breathability because nobody wants a suffocating toe. These along with all the other Asics are very lightweight and comfortable, ideal for leg days.

Lastly is the Asics Harandia which differs from the other three because of the mid top style. This shoe has a taller look and is still a great running shoe ideal for them nippy winter runs. By now I think you’ll know that Asics Onitsuka Tiger have a thing for Suede, but the harandia also has a synthetic upper. There is a speckled sole and a black main and the classic tanned Asics stripes.
