    • A sleeveless version of the Nuptse® jacket, the Women’s Nuptse® Vest is a classic down filled puffer vest that thrives in cold weather conditions. Vests are an ideal garment to pack when unrestricted arm movement is desirable and chest insulation is crucial. Jammed with 700 fill goose down, this high loft vest delivers plush warmth in brutal conditions. The Nuptse® Vest now features a straighter yoke across the chest and an improved, more flattering fit. Down offers the ultimate in compressibility and this vest stows into an internal pocket. The shoulders are double layered for added durability against ski scuffs and rucksack straps. Tibetan for "west peak", Nuptse is a mountain that lies just over a mile southwest of Mt. Everest and you can trust the heritage that underpins this vest’s potential.

    "I bought this Gillet for my partner - The North Face has an unprecedented pedigree of style, comfort, durability, & most significantly, warmth. I already own one (in black), so the above commentary/recommendation is proof in & of itself. Ultimately lightweight, it can be compressed, so small that it hardly takes up any space in a rucksack/luggage holder; the 700 down rating too, keeps the wearer warm, yet allows arm-free movement, without hindrance. The good people of Working Class Heroes gave me all the technical information on this (new, improved) version of a NF classic, & a generous enough discount on my order. If youre looking for a good quality purchase, then look no further. User-friendly website, unparalleled customer service, & an old fashioned style, personal touch - youd be pushed to shop elsewhere. I thoroughly recommend this small (but efficient) company for all your outdoorsy activities/occupations, & would happily give the garment & WCH ten - but the rating is for five - so five it is :D"
